Nutrition can be a mine field can’t it? Are you tired of your excess belly fat? Have you already wasted your cash and time on diet tablets … ab exercise machines? Have you already tried doing tons of sit-ups and crunches? I’m betting the answer to at least some of of these questions is yes. If so I have good news for you. As we get older, our metabolisms begin to decelerate. Unfortunately with lots folk, as they age, their activity levels also lessen. So there is a double concern of slower metabolisms and less activity. |
